Wicked Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 20 Wicked Okra
  • 10 pieces of bacon, cut in half vertically

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. On a clean surface, place a bacon strip down vertically.
  3. Place Wicked Okra on one end of the bacon.
  4. Wrap bacon around the okra in an upward motion (do not wrap too loose or tight).
  5. Secure with a toothpick and arrange on a lined cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, rotate, and bake for another 15 minutes. 

Rustic Stuffed Shrooms

Ingredients:

  • ½ C. Rustic Cuts House Corned Beef
  • 24 oz button mushrooms, cleaned and dried
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 C. Italian breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich Spread

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese with all other ingredients.
  3. Fill mushrooms using a spoon to your desired fullness.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet for 30 minutes until brown and toasty.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. 

Move Over Pimento Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Block Cheddar Cheese (Sharp), shredded
  • ⅓ cup Duke’s Real Mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Wickles Spicy Red Sandwich Spread

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate covered for 2 hours before serving.
  3. Optional: Top with a Wickles Original Pickle.
